Walk-in Drive Details

• Dates: Every Tuesday & Thursday until October 29, 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Venue: 3rd Floor, GCoE Office, Giga Space, Viman Nagar, Pune
• Number of Positions: 30
• Shift: Night shift only

Role Overview:

As a Senior Process Analyst in Operations, you will be the primary point of contact for managing the underwriting and binding of accounts/policies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery of policies, while maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for underwriting and policy binding.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and policy delivery.
• Manage client communication and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collect necessary information for underwriting and bind policies.
• Maintain and organize policy documents.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in an international BPO/KPO setting within the insurance industry (mandatory).
• Expertise in Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines is a must.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and client management.
